1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using any services provided by Walls Moving ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms of Service apply to all residential and commercial moving, storage, packing, and delivery services performed by Walls Moving in the state of Florida and beyond.
2. Services Provided
Walls Moving offers the following services, subject to availability and scheduling:
- Local and long-distance residential moving
- Commercial and office relocation
- Packing and unpacking services
- Short-term and long-term storage
- Single-item and furniture delivery
All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement between the customer and Walls Moving prior to the move date.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Walls Moving are based on information supplied by the customer at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of the job differs materially from what was described (e.g., significantly more items, additional flights of stairs, or access restrictions not disclosed in advance).
- All price changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds
- Flat-rate quotes are binding once confirmed in writing
- Hourly rates, where applicable, begin when the crew arrives and end upon job completion
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth, safe move, customers are responsible for:
- Disclosing the full scope of the job accurately when requesting a quote
- Ensuring access to the origin and destination locations on the scheduled date
- Notifying Walls Moving of any fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance
- Securing or removing items that are not to be moved before the crew arrives
- Ensuring all parking and building access requirements are met
5. Liability and Insurance
Walls Moving is licensed and insured in accordance with Florida law. Our standard liability coverage applies to items transported or handled by our crew during a confirmed job.
- Standard coverage: $0.60 per pound per article, per Florida statute
- Full value protection is available upon request and may involve an additional fee
- Items not disclosed prior to the move, or packed by the customer, may not be covered
- Walls Moving is not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent defects, or damage caused by customer-directed placement
We recommend customers review their homeowner's or renter's insurance policy for additional coverage options.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled move date are accepted with no penalty
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move date may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid
- Walls Moving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a job due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, with full refund or reschedule offered to the customer
7. Damage Claims
Any damage to property or belongings must be reported to Walls Moving within 10 business days of the completion of service. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

- Include photos, item descriptions, and estimated replacement value
- Walls Moving will review and respond to all claims within 30 business days
- Resolution may include repair, replacement, or compensation at the Company's discretion
8. Storage Terms
Items placed in Walls Moving storage facilities are subject to the following conditions:
- Storage fees are due monthly, in advance, unless otherwise agreed
- Walls Moving is not liable for items stored in customer-owned or third-party containers
- Prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishables, firearms, and illegal substances
- Walls Moving reserves the right to terminate storage agreements with 30 days' written notice
- Unclaimed items after 90 days of non-payment may be subject to lien sale under Florida law
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walls Moving's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Walls Moving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, missed deadlines, or emotional distress.
10. Governing Law — Florida
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services rendered by Walls Moving shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
Walls Moving reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
